Databasewizard–Selectingwhichrecordswillbeprinted

Selectthedesiredoptionhowyouwanttousetherecordsinthedatabase.BydefaulttheoptionI

want to print all records from the tableissetandallrecordsinatablewillbeprintedoneata

time.Eachrecordwillbeprintedonlyonce.

Ifyoudonotwanttoprinttheentiredatabase,youcanselectwhichrecordsshouldbeprinted.Inthis

caseselecttheoptionI want to select which record to print.Priorprintingyouwillbeshowna

dialogboxwithallrecordsfromthedatabase.Thenyouwillbeabletoselectwhichrecordsshould

beprinted.

Bydefaultrecordsareusedonceforasinglelabel.Ifyouwouldliketoprintseveralcopiesofa

labelwithdatabasedata,youcandefineitinthesecondpartofthisstepoftheWizard.

A field in table contains quantity to printoptionwillletyouchosesomefieldinthedatabase.This

fieldhastheinformationaboutthequantityoflabelsforeachrecord.Forexample:Youhavedata-

basewithrecordsofyourproducts.Itcontainsafieldwithanumericvalue,wheretherequired

numberoflabelcopiesisstored.Selectthisfieldandlettheapplicationprintthequantityoflabels

specifiedhere.
